Stimate Autoritate Contractantă,
În cadrul procedurii de achiziție în desfășurare, am constatat că în documentația pusă la dispoziție figurează două loturi distincte cu denumire identică:
• Lot 19: Microextractor de flebotomie Varady 17,0 cm
• Lot 20: Microextractor de flebotomie Varady 17,0 cm
Având în vedere că cele două loturi poartă exact aceeași denumire, solicităm respectuos clarificarea și specificarea explicită a diferențelor dintre acestea, inclusiv, după caz:
2. Specificații tehnice diferențiatoare (dimensiuni, material, tip de utilizare etc.);
3. Orice altă informație relevantă care să permită identificarea și ofertarea corectă a fiecărui lot.
Fără aceste clarificări, nu putem formula o ofertă tehnică și financiară corectă și completă.

Diferența dintre cele două dispozitive menționate constă în principal în angulația distală (la nivelul vârfului de lucru), fără variații semnificative în ceea ce privește principiul de funcționare sau performanța clinică.
Ambele dispozitive sunt considerate echivalente din punct de vedere funcțional
