This procedure is carried out without auction. Your offer is final and must contain the entire list of required documents.

1. Serviciile se vor presta la sediul IGPF, str. Petricani, 19 pe tot parcursul anului 2022;
2. Asigurarea totală a necesarului de către operatorul economic pentru deservire: pahare (sticlă), ceşti cafea/ceai (porţelan), platouri, farfurii (porţelan), şerveţele, linguriţe (porţelan sau inox), tacâmuri (inox), mese de cocktail împreuna cu husă de tip strech special concepută cu dimensiuni aproximative: înălţime 110 cm, diametru 90 cm;
3. Pauza de cafea (coffee break) va conţine (ca meniu): cafea naturală (boabe, calitatea superioară); ceai verde şi negru (calitatea superioară); apă minerală plată/cu gaze în recipiente de 0,5 l pentru o persoana; zahăr pentru cafea/ceai în recipiente (ambalaj) la 5 g; lapte pentru cafea/ceai în recipiente de 7g – 10g, cu grăsimea de 10%; asortiment de produse de patiserie dulci/sărate, tartine (de dimensiuni mici - 50-70 gr);
4. Mâncarea va fi ambalată igienic;
5. Transportul şi aranjarea bufetului – incluse în preţ;
6. Standul de cafea va fi disponibil pe toată durata evenimentului.
Standard de referință: HG Nr. 101 din 30.01.2018.
Operatorul economic va prezenta oferta pentru 1 pers/pauză de cafea în conformitate cu specificațiile menționate supra.
