Eu am citeva intrebari despre tender. 1) Corect sunt indicate datele, traseul si numarul de pasageri? 2) Pasagerii vor avea nevoie de bagaj de cala? Sau numai cu bagaj de mina? 3) Traseul Chisinau-Bruxelle-Chisinau - La data indicata de Dvs nu este cursa directa spre Bruxelle (directa este numai cursa low cost, care nu este acceptata ca propunere) si returul din Bruxelle - nu este asa traseu cu 1 escala prin Venetia (03:05 ore) Concretizati, va rog, toate datele, destinatiile si etc. Va rugam mult sa faceti legatura cu noi 0(22)222115 sau 079999088, sau racurs.grup@gmail.com Asteptam cu nerabdare raspunsul Dvs.

1) În caietul de sarcini este indicat că datele specificate sunt cu titlu de estimare, cursele necesare vor fi stabilite pe parcursul anului, la solicitarea autoritatii contractante. 2,3) Referitor la aceste întrebări a fost modificat caietul de sarcini, cu includerea bagajului de cala pentru fiecare pasager, iar cursa Chișinău-Bruxelles-Chișinău a fost modificată.

Recent au fost cateva seminare petrecute de platformele de achizitii online. Conform legislatiei, DUAE inlocuieste toate documentele - certificat, document de la fisc, documentul informativ despre ofertant, etc. De ce se solicita dublat toate aceste documente?

Conform Legii nr. 131 din 03.07.2015, art. 18, alin (7) Autoritatea contractantă poate solicita ofertanţilor/candidaţilor să depună toate sau o parte din documentele justificative ca dovadă a informaţiilor cuprinse în DUAE, în orice moment pe durata desfăşurării unei proceduri de achiziții publice, dacă acest lucru este necesar pentru a asigura desfăşurarea corespunzătoare a procedurii.
