Vă rugăm să clarificați: – Care este justificarea tehnică și operațională pentru utilizarea exclusivă a tehnologiei MWIR răcite, în condițiile în care tehnologiile moderne LWIR (8–14 μm), ne-răcite, oferă performanțe comparabile în aplicații de supraveghere perimetrală, la costuri semnificativ mai reduse și cu cerințe de mentenanță mai mici? – Se acceptă soluții alternative bazate pe camere termice LWIR (ne-răcite), cu parametri echivalenți de detecție, clasificare și recunoaștere?
