Centrifugă specializată pentru determinarea grăsimii (metoda Gerber) și a indicelui de solubilitate a produselor lactate. Capacitate rotor: 12 posturi (pentru 12 butirometre). Control prin microprocesor. Viteză de rotație reglabilă în intervalul 550–1150 rot/min. Sistem de încălzire digital reglabil (de la temperatura camerei până la +65°C ... +70°C). Carcasă și componente cu rezistență înaltă la acizi. Standard de calitate: Elveția (Gerber Instruments) sau echivalent aprobat. Se livrează obligatoriu cu certificat de garanție (minim 12-24 luni), manual de utilizare și certificat de conformitate CE.
