Este necesar să eliminați licența ABBYY din lotul Lotul 2 - Pachete software și sisteme informatice (Licențe), deoarece furnizorul (vendorul) și-a retras contractul pentru Republica Moldova.

Autoritatea contractantă a luat act de informația prezentată și va examina oportunitatea modificării documentației de atribuire, ținând cont de situația invocată, de necesitățile obiective ale autorității contractante și de prevederile legislației în vigoare privind achizițiile publice. În cazul în care imposibilitatea procurării licenței ABBYY pe teritoriul Republicii Moldova se confirmă, autoritatea contractantă va întreprinde măsurile necesare în vederea ajustării documentației de atribuire.
