Specificatia tehnica nu corespunde cadrului normativ legal aplicabil in RM
Question:
În specificația tehnică este indicat „Beton M300”, clasificare utilizată conform vechilor standarde GOST. În Republica Moldova, betonul este produs și certificat conform standardelor europene adoptate la nivel național, respectiv SM EN 206:2026.
Prin urmare, solicităm modificarea specificației tehnice prin înlocuirea mărcii M300 cu o clasă de rezistență corespunzătoare, C20/25 sau C25/30, în funcție de cerințele proiectului, pentru a asigura conformitatea cu standardele actuale și participarea echitabilă a operatorilor economici.
