- Valoarea estimată a fost determinată pe baza analizei prețurilor de piață realizată la etapa de planificare a procedurii. În conformitate cu principiile concurenței loiale, fiecare operator economic are posibilitatea de a-și prezenta propria ofertă financiară în condițiile Legii nr. 131/2015 și ale documentației de atribuire.
