Stimată autoritate contractantă,
Referitor la poziția „Husă pentru saltea din stofă impermeabilă", specificația tehnică prevede că husa trebuie să fie „cu fermoar".
Menționăm că husa cu fermoar presupune îmbrăcarea completă a saltelei pe toate cele șase fețe, ceea ce implică un consum mai mare de material și manoperă suplimentară. Costul de producție al unei astfel de huse depășește valoarea estimată a achiziției pentru această poziție.
În acest context, rugăm să confirmați dacă se acceptă ca husa să fie prevăzută cu sistem de fixare pe elastic, în loc de fermoar, cu respectarea tuturor celorlalte cerințe.
Husa pe elastic se montează și se schimbă mai ușor de către personal, ceea ce facilitează igienizarea ei.
În cazul în care fermoarul rămâne obligatoriu, rugăm să examinați posibilitatea majorării valorii estimate, astfel încât aceasta să reflecte costul real al produsului solicitat.
