brînză proaspătă granulată – produs obținut prin fermentarea laptelui degresat sub acțiunea culturilor starter de bacterii lactice și a enzimelor alimentare din care s-a îndepărtat cea mai mare parte a zerului, cu textură granulată, care constă din granule de brînză de dimensiuni relativ uniforme (3-12 mm), cu adaos de smântână dulce pasteurizată (30-40%) și sare alimentară, 4-5 % grăsime. Fără conservanți. Masa cremoasă, fină cu granule fine de brînză proaspătă inglobate în smintînă. Tip ambalaj pahar de (PP) termosigilabil. Volum 175-200 gr. Livrare de 3 ori pe săptămână. HG nr. 158 din 07.03.2019. NOTĂ: În specificația de preț se va detalia inclusiv prețul per unitate.
