În vederea asigurării unei concurențe efective și a evitării restricționării nejustificate a formei de prezentare a produsului, în conformitate cu prevederile art. 7 și art. 37 alin. (9) din Legea nr. 131/2015, vă rugăm să confirmați dacă va fi acceptat ambalajul de 180–200 g, cu respectarea integrală a cantității totale planificate de 350 kg și a tuturor cerințelor privind calitatea și siguranța alimentară.
Menționăm că această cantitate corespunde echivalentului de 1.750 unități a câte 200 g, urmând ca numărul de unități să fie recalculat corespunzător în funcție de gramajul efectiv ofertat.

Question:
Având în vedere că untul este un produs distinct, vă rugăm să examinați posibilitatea constituirii acestuia într-un lot separat.
Astfel, ar putea participa și operatorii economici care pot furniza untul, fără a fi obligați să oferteze întregul lot de produse lactate, contribuind astfel la extinderea concurenței și facilitarea accesului operatorilor economici la procedură. Mulțumim anticipat.
