Question:
Stimată autoritate contractantă, vă solicităm respectuos să acceptați introducerea unei toleranțe de ±20 °C pentru cerința privind intervalul de setare a temperaturii, respectiv: „+10 °C până la +220 °C ±20 °C”.
Considerăm că acceptarea acestei cerințe, va permite participarea libera a operatorilor economici, fără a afecta performanța, funcționalitatea și calitatea dispozitivului.
Answer (30 Sep 2026, 16:37):
Bună ziua, referitor la introducerea unei toleranțe de ± 20 °C la cerința privind intervalul de setare a temperaturii (+10 °C până la +220 °C), vă comunicăm că solicitarea nu poate fi acceptată, din motiv că cerința privind limita superioară de setare a temperaturii de minim +220 °C este obligatorie și justificată prin specificul proceselor tehnologice și analitice desfășurate în cadrul laboratorului autorității contractante. Luând în considerare că regimurile de uscare/utilizare curentă ajung până la +220 °C , echipamentul trebuie să dispună de o marjă de siguranță termică și rezervă de putere corespunzătoare. Această rezervă de minimum 20 °C față de temperatura maximă de lucru este esențială pentru a garanta omogenitatea și stabilitatea temperaturii sub vid, prevenind totodată uzura prematură a componentelor la utilizare continuă.
