Question's name:

Question:
În calitate de potențial participant la procedura de achiziție, considerăm nejustificată reducerea numărului de cicluri de la 100 la 20, în condițiile în care valoarea maximă a achiziției a fost diminuată doar de la 22 la 15 milioane lei.
În analiza precedentă a documentației am identificat un reper de aproximativ 14 mil. MDL pentru sistemul propriu-zis, raportând la o valoare estimativă de aproximativ 14 mil. MDL pentru echipament, în varianta anterioară rămâneau circa 8 mil. MDL pentru 100 de cicluri, respectiv aproximativ 80.000 MDL/ciclu. În varianta actuală rămâne doar aproximativ 1 mil. MDL pentru 20 de cicluri, adică circa 50.000 MDL/ciclu.
Considerăm că această modificare schimbă semnificativ structura economică a ofertei și necesită o justificare clară privind modul de fundamentare a noii valori estimate.

Mulțumim pentru clarificarea depusă.
Numărul de cicluri s-a ajustat conform solicitării IMSP.
Spre informare conform anunțului de participare se acceptă și oferte alternative.
Totodată încurajăm participarea în cadrul proceduri de achiziție și depunerea ofertelor.
