Vă rugăm să clarificați dacă poate fi acceptată și varianta furnizării prin intermediul cheilor electronice, nu doar varianta „Boxed”, pentru a permite participarea unui număr mai mare de operatori economici la această procedură de achiziție.
Answer (24 Sep 2026, 12:18):
Bună ziua, Autoritatea contractantă acceptă furnizarea licențelor atât în varianta „Boxed”, cât și sub formă de cheie electronică de activare (ESD), cu respectarea următoarelor condiții:
1. Licențele sunt noi, originale, perpetue, pentru un dispozitiv, neactivate anterior și provin din canale de distribuție autorizate de producător.
2. Odată cu oferta se prezintă autorizare a producătorului sau a distribuitorului autorizat pentru procedura curentă.
