Paste făinoase fabricate din griș de grâu dur (Triticum durum), calitate superioară, formă tubulară tăiată oblic (pene), de mărime medie. Suprafață netedă, fără urme de făină neincorporată, translucide, în secțiune cu aspect sticlos. Culoare alb-gălbuie uniformă, gust și miros plăcut, fără miros sau gust străin (de mucegai, rânced). În conformitate cu HG nr. 1202 din 02.11.2016 privind aprobarea Reglementării tehnice „Produse de panificație și paste făinoase”. Ambalaj: pungi din polipropilenă rezistentă de uz alimentar, cu masa netă de 1 kg, etichetate corespunzător.
