Stimați membri ai grupului de lucru,
În calitate de operator economic interesat să participe la procedura de achiziție publică menționată mai sus, solicităm o clarificare cu privire la specificația tehnică a Lot-32 "Masă pentru operații cu 5 secții", cod 140100.
Conform documentației de atribuire, la punctul privind "Secțiile mesei" - "Secția de la talpa/picior", este solicitat un unghi de înclinare de la +20° la -90° (minim).
Solicităm acceptarea pentru secțiunea talpă/picior un unghi de ridicare de 15°, ușor sub pragul minim de +20° indicat în specificația tehnică.
În acest context, vă rugăm să ne confirmați:
Dacă un unghi de ridicare de 15° la secțiunea talpă/picior poate fi considerat acceptabil/echivalent din punct de vedere funcțional cu cerința de minim +20°
