Question:
Simate autoritate contractata,
În Caietul de sarcini pentru LOT 1 se solicită echipamente capabile să efectueze trei regimuri de lucru: Hemodializă (HD), Ultrafiltrare (UF) și Hemodiafiltrare (HDF). Totuși, în formularul pentru costurile recurente este menționat doar un număr total de proceduri pentru o perioadă de 5 ani (14.860 de proceduri pentru IMSP Comrat), fără o segmentare clară a acestora pe tipuri de terapie.
Având în vedere că unitatea de măsură indicată in fisierul cu costurile recurente este „dializă pentru 5 ani”, vă rugăm să ne clarificați dacă calculele financiare trebuie efectuate exclusiv pentru regimul HD.
În cazul în care se doresc și proceduri de tip HDF/UF, pentru a asigura o ofertă financiară corectă, transparentă și comparabilă între toți ofertanții, vă rugăm să indicați ponderea estimată (procentuală sau numerică) a fiecărui tip de procedură din totalul menționat (de exemplu: numărul estimat de proceduri HDF din totalul de 14.860).

toate procedurile planificate cantitativ sunt estimate doar pentru Hemodializă standard (HD), respectiv nu este necesară o segmentare separată a consumabilelor. Procedurile Ultrafiltrare (UF) și Hemodiafiltrare (HDF) se efectuează în cantități minore și vor fi procurate consumabile separat.
