Conform prevederilor pct. 87 din Documentația standard aprobată prin Ordinul Ministrului Finanţelor nr. 115/2021, se anulează procedura de atribuire a contractului de achiziții publice privind achiziționarea centralelor termice (cazane pe gaze naturale), în temeiul prevederilor art. 71 alin.
