Solicităm respectuos revizuirea specificației tehnice referitoare la cerința ca cașcavalul cu cheag tare, 45–50% grăsimi, să fie ambalat în parafină. Menționăm că nici Legea privind achizițiile publice și nici actele normative care reglementează siguranța și calitatea produselor alimentare nu prevăd obligația ca acest produs să fie ambalat în parafină. Impunerea unei astfel de cerințe reprezintă o restricție nejustificată a concurenței și limitează participarea operatorilor economici care oferă produse conforme standardelor de calitate și siguranță, dar ambalate prin alte metode. Solicităm excluderea sintagmei „ambalat în parafină” din caietul de sarcini și menținerea doar a cerințelor privind calitatea și caracteristicile produsului, în conformitate cu principiile tratamentului egal, nediscriminării și asigurării unei concurențe loiale. Vă mulțumim pentru examinarea solicitării.
