Chefir 2.5% -500gr GOST 4929-84.Laptele fermentat (chefir) 2,5%-consistenţa lichidă omogenă, cu coagulul deteriorat la obţinerea prin procedeul cu fermentare rezervor şi cu coagulul nederiorat – la obţinerea prin procedeu cu fermentare în termostat.Se admite formarea gazului în formă de bule unitare,condiţionată de microflora normală.Pe supradaţa produsului lactat acid se admite separarea neînsemnată a zerului,maximum 2% din volumul produsului ambalat.
