Prelungire termen pentru depunerea ofertelor
Question:
Tinand cont de faptul că perioada propunerii ofertelor 13.07 - 31.07.26 se suprapune cu perioada concediilor (in special SUA si Europa), respectiv și activitatea producătorilor este foarte limitata!!!
Mai mult ca atat in lunile Iulie - August sunt publicate practic toate licitațiile pentru achizitionarea consumabilelor si dispozitvelor medicale pentru anul 2027, ceea ce face imposibil ca operatorii economici de comun acord cu producatorii sa reuseasca sa pregateasca in timp toate ofertele necesare (perioada depunerilor ofertelor fiind doar de 2-3 saptamini, dar perioada evaluarii ofertelor de 160 zile!!!).
În aceasta ordine de idei solicităm respectuos extinderea termenului de depunere a ofertelor cel puțin cu 3-4 săptămâni.
Acest termen este strict necesar pentru a acorda operatorilor economici mai mult timp pentru pregătirea ofertelor si pentru o eventuala negociere cu producatorii a prețurilor pentru 2027.

Mulțumim pentru clarificarea depusă, în scopul minimizării riscurilor și asigurării în termen a instituțiilor medico-sanitare publice cu consumabile, astfel în cât la data de 01.01.2027, contractele să fi înregistrate, se acceptă o prelungire de depunere a ofertelor cu 14 zile.
