Rugăm autoritatea contractantă să precizeze:
Toleranța de ±5 cm se aplică exclusiv la lungimea pansamentului (35 cm) sau și la lățimea acestuia (10 cm)?
De asemenea, rugăm să clarificați dacă toleranța „±2 cm" menționată pentru zona absorbantă (minim 4×25 cm ±2 cm) se aplică similar – doar la lungimea zonei absorbante sau și la lățimea acesteia.
