* Sensibilitate MRM (ESI+): o injectie direct in coloana a 1 pg de reserpina va raporta un raport semnal/zgomot mai mare decat 600,000:1, utilizand date brute (faza mobila LC 0.4 ml/min, tranzitie MRM m/z 609>105 m/z)
* Sensibilitate MRM (ESI-): o injectie direct in coloana a 1 pg de Chloramphenicol va raporta un raport semnal/zgomot mai mare decat 200,000:1, utilizand date brute (faza mobila LC 0.8 ml/min, tranzitie MRM m/z 321>152 m/z)
Se va monta un detector de tip off-axis cu fotomultiplicator ce nu va necesita întreținere pentru o periodaă de minim 10 ani
