Buna ziua , va rugam sa modificați termenul de executare , indicind macar 60 zile , din motiv ca ați indicat un termen ireal numai din motivul ca etapele de lucrari executate sunt supuse uscarii dupa tehnologie , noi nu avem dreptul sa aplicam gletul pe tencuiala umeda sau sa executam concomitent lucrari care nu sunt compatibile una cu alta , trebuie respectata tehnologia ca apoi sa nu ne trezim cu MUCEGAI !!!

Buna ziua. Perioada propusă de executare 45 zile calendaristice (01.VII-16.VIII) este din punct de vedere tehnic suficientă, dacă fluxul de lucru este organizat eficient. Temperaturile ridicate și umiditatea scăzută din această perioadă accelerează în mod natural procesul de uscare a tencuielilor, vopselelor, reducând timpul tehnologic de așteptare comparativ cu alte perioade ale anului. În calitate de instituție de învățământ suntem condiționați de începerea noului an școlar la 1 septembrie. Termenul de finalizare de 16.08.2026 este cel mai târziu termen admisibil, urmind apoi etapa de receptie a lucrarilor, curatenie generala și pregătirea sălilor de clasă.
