În urma analizei documentației de licitație, solicităm o clarificare privind furnizarea consumabilelor pentru o perioadă de 3 ani. Unele consumabile au termene de valabilitate mai mici de 3 ani, iar livrarea întregii cantități odată cu echipamentele poate duce la expirarea unei părți înainte de utilizare. Vă rugăm să precizați: Este obligatorie livrarea tuturor consumabilelor pentru cei 3 ani într-o singură tranșă, simultan cu echipamentele? Dacă nu, este acceptată livrarea eșalonată (de exemplu anual sau în două tranșe), pentru a evita expirarea consumabilelor înainte de utilizare? Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare.

Bună ziua.
În cazul în care termenul de valabilitate al consumabilelor este mai mic de 3 ani (perioada de garanție), se admite livrarea etapizată a acestora în două tranșe pe parcursul perioadei de garanție, pentru a evita expirarea sau degradarea consumabilelor.
