modificati termenul de garantie pentru lucrari de betonare ? de ce solictati 5 ani, daca nu respectati parametrii tehnici la drum ? dupa lege se permite solicitare la 5 ani, cu conditia respectarii normelor...ati pus 12 cm si garantie o vesnicie....modificati va rog
