Caietul de sarcini este verificat de verificator ? transportarea amestecului de beton cu roaba este posibila in asa conditii de lucru? Roaba nu rezista la asa transportari.Betonul se intareste pîna il duce cu roaba! nu v-ati gindit la alte solutii?

Vă mulțumim pentru solicitarea de clarificare. Caietul de sarcini a fost elaborat și verificat conform necesităților autorității contractante și reflectă cerințele minime pentru executarea lucrărilor. Referitor la transportarea amestecului de beton, menționăm că metoda indicată în caietul de sarcini este orientativă,ofertantul este responsabil de alegerea soluțiilor tehnice optime pentru executarea lucrărilor, se admit utilizarea altor metode/mijloace tehnice (ex: pompă de beton, utilaje mecanizate etc.), cu condiția respectării cerințelor de calitate și a volumelor prevăzute. Ofertantul va asigura executarea lucrărilor în conformitate cu normele tehnice în construcții, evitând degradarea materialelor (inclusiv întărirea betonului în timpul transportării).
