Buna ziua
Rugam sa divizati lotul per produse, astfel incat un produs=un lot, mai ales tinand cont ca deja suntem la a 3 procedura repetata (2 precedente esuate).
Va multumim anticipat.
Answer (2 Jun 2026, 17:25):
Divizarea achiziției in cauza pe loturi nu este relevanta.
- Produsele achiztionate urmeaza a fi livrate ca întregul Lot (care va include toate articolele solicitate per Lot), fiind distribuite catre 15 beneficiari(institutii).
- Toate produsele incluse in lot sunt disponibile pe piata R. Moldova si pot fi livrate de catre mai multi furnizori(agenti economici), care desfasoara activitate cu Produse farmaceutice si igienice.
- Astfel cerinta "Oferta trebuie prezentată pentru întregul Lot (care va include toate articolele solicitate per Lot)" - Nu limitează participarea unui număr suficient de oferte diferite.
