Mai exact, ofertantul a propus un echipament cu o rezoluție de 4800 x 1200 DPI, fapt ce contravine parametrului minim solicitat prin documentația de atribuire, care prevede o rezoluție de 5760 x 1440 DPI. În conformitate cu prevederile legale privind achizițiile publice, neîndeplinirea specificațiilor tehnice minime atrage respingerea ofertei ca fiind inacceptabilă.
