Question:
Multstimata autoritate, solicitam respectuos sa excludeti din caietul de sarcini Criteriul Cartografiere prin tehnologie omnipolară deoarece aceasta "tehnologie" o detine exclusiv doar un singura companie - Abbot.
Aceasta automat elimina si cele 2 companii ramase ce pot oferi modele conforme si include parametru discriminatoriu ce limiteaza direct participarea altor agenti economici la procedura. Va multumim !
