Conform caietelor de sarcini s-a publicat doar reparatia sistemului de apeduct si canalizare (interioara si exterioara), ventilare, electricitate. Suma publicata se refera doar la aceste tipuri de lucrari ? S-au din greseala nu este publicat caietul de sarcini pentru lucrarile de constructie / reparatie? La fel sistemul de incalzire lipseste.
