Bună ziua,
Având în vedere faptul că produsele incluse în cadrul procedurii au coduri CPV diferite, vă rugăm respectuos să analizați posibilitatea divizării acestora în loturi distincte.
Totodată, în scopul asigurării unui nivel mai ridicat de concurență și pentru a facilita participarea unui număr mai mare de operatori economici, vă solicităm divizarea Lotului 2 în mai multe loturi separate, în funcție de specificul și caracteristicile produselor.
Considerăm că această măsură va contribui la creșterea transparenței procedurii și la obținerea unor oferte mai competitive.
Vă mulțumim anticipat pentru examinarea solicitării noastre.
