Pentru un asemenea lot perioada solicitată de producere, livrare și montare este mult prea mică (15 zile calendaristice), insă perioada de valabilitate a ofertelor - 80 de zile
Vă rugăm să inversați termenii, respectiv 80 zile pentru producere și 15 zile valabilitatea. Rezultatul final pentru instituție va fi același...
PS Ținînd cont de situația complicată în întreaga lume care cauzează creșterea prețurilor materiilor prime, garantarea ofertei pentru 80 de zile este prea periculoasă pentru agenții economici

Buna ziua,
Perioada de valabilitate a ofertelor este stabilită la 80 de zile, având în vedere că procesul de evaluare nu se finalizează în 2–3 zile și poate implica solicitări de clarificări, prezentarea de mostre, eventuale contestații, precum și respectarea termenelor legale de așteptare, astfel încât autoritatea contractantă să nu fie pusă în situația de a solicita prelungirea valabilității ofertelor.
În ceea ce ține de termenul de livrare, acesta a fost modificat și stabilit la 15 zile lucrătoare. Găsit anuntul de participare REDACTAT
