Stimată Autoritate Contractantă, vă rugăm să confirmați dacă va fi acceptată oferta unui spectrofotometru echipat cu lampă de Xenon cu impuls, în locul configurației clasice cu lămpi de deuteriu și wolfram. Menționăm că această soluție prezintă avantaje semnificative, printre care: durata de viață considerabil mai mare a lămpii de Xenon (de 5–10 ori mai mare comparativ cu lampa de deuteriu), acoperirea întregului spectru UV-Vis cu o singură lampă, eliminarea necesității de încălzire înainte de utilizare, precum și imunitatea la influența luminii ambientale.
