Termenul de valabilitate
Question:
Buna ziua. In caiet de sarcini este mentionat criteriu termenul de valabilitate pentru tuburi nu mai mic de 80%. La ce se refera acest criteriu? Tuburile nu sunt sterile si nu au termenul de valabilitate, si reiesind din faptul ca sunt de sticla termenul lor de valabilitate nu este determinat. Care este sensul aplicarii acestui criteriu pentru valabilitatea? Este posibil de anulat acest criteriu din caietul de sarcini?.

Buna ziua,
In urma discutiilor cu beneficiarul final care a inaintat specificatiile tehnice, confirmam ca orice produs are un termen de valabilitate, mai ales cele destinate pentru laboratoarele medicale. Sunt niste cerinte standardizate pentru astfel de produse farmaceutice si prin urmare, nu se modifica acest criteriu din ITQ. Multumesc!
