Nu vor fi acceptate oferte care nu respectă integral specificațiile tehnice prevăzute în Anunțul de Participare. Această prevedere constituie o condiție obligatorie, strictă, instituită în conformitate cu normele privind păstrarea și manipularea vaccinelor, și nu poate fi considerată opțională sau negociabilă.

Nu se acceptă specificații sau dotări suplimentare față de cele stabilite. Echipamentele solicitate sunt destinate exclusiv păstrării vaccinurilor, iar, în conformitate cu cerințele de siguranță și reglementările aplicabile, este interzisă prezența oricăror surse suplimentare de iluminare (lumini interne sau externe neconforme)
