Question:
1. La ce înălțime (etaj) va fi montat fiecare aparat de aer condiționat? Există acces la fereastră în fiecare caz de instalare? Este necesar un serviciu de macara/autonacelă?
2. Sunt necesare lucrări de conectare la tabloul electric? Ce componente are tabloul de distribuție (întrerupătoare automate etc.)?
3. Care este lungimea cablurilor electrice până la tabloul electric pentru fiecare aparat de aer condiționat?
Answer (23 Mar 2026, 10:40):
Aparatele de aer condiționat vor fi instalate la etaje diferite. Fiecare bloc exterior se va monta sub geamul care se deschide fără a fi necesar de servicii macara/autonacelă. Lucrări de conectare la tabloul electric nu sunt necesare, deoarece alimentare aparatelor va fi asigurată de către Beneficiar.
