Buna ziua, se vor accepta ofertele pînă la 30%. În cazul în care se vor depune doar oferte ce depasesc plafonul de 30% procedura va fi anulata cu reluarea competitiei intr-o alta procedură și revizuirea bugetului. Multumesc
