Question:
Buna ziua, ati mentionat in clarificari ca in aceasta licitatie ati inclus cantitatea pentru 2 luni de lucru, dar exemplu pentru lotu 10 cantitatea indicata este 13 630, in timp ce in licitatia de baza a fost cantitatea 18 820. Astfel se dubleza cantitatile, si ulterior spitalele vor refuza produsele fiindca sunt cantitati duble. Rugam sa analizati aceasta situatie si sa realizati modificarile necesare pentru a nu dubla achizitia. Multumim

Bună ziua, vă informăm că 39 de instituții, au înaintat demersuri, în care au solicitat o cantitate anumită, până la prima livrare în baza contractului de bază. Astfel, nu pentru toate instituțiile a fost aplicată formula pentru 2 luni. Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare.
