Buna ziua. Va recomandam sa revizuiti cantitatile indicate pentru acest lot la unii beneficiari. In special: IMSP AMT BOTANICA, IMSP CS BACIOI, IMSP CS CHIRSOVA, IMSP CS CINISEUTI, IMSP CS GOTESTI, IMSP CS VASILEUTI, IMSP CS VATRA , IMSP CS VULCANESTI, IMSP CMF MUNICIPAL BALTI, IMSP CLINICA UNIVERS DE ASIST MED PRIM USMF, IMSP INSTIT DE CARDIOLOGIE, IMSP SR COMRAT, IMSP SR OCNITA, IMSP SR SOROCA, IMSP SR VULCANESTI. Daca veti face o analiza a cantitatilor indicate sigur se va observa existenta unei greseli. Spre exemplu SR Vulcanesti sigur nu a solicitat 166bucati. SR Comrat, sigur nu solicitat 1333buc. Inst de Cardiologie, sigur nu solicitat 833buc. CS GOTESTI, sigur nu a solicitat 8buc. Rugam insistent sa efectuati ajustarile dupa cerintele reale ale institutiilor.

Bună ziua. Cantitățile prevăzute în procedura respectivă, acoperă necesarul pentru o perioadă de 2 luni, având ca scop asigurarea instituțiilor cu consumabilele de laborator necesare, până la efectuarea primei livrări în baza contractului de bază. Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare.

Cantitățile prevăzute în procedura respectivă, acoperă necesarul pentru o perioadă de 2 luni, având ca scop asigurarea instituțiilor cu consumabilele de laborator necesare, până la efectuarea primei livrări în baza contractului de bază. Pentru IMSP CENTRUL DE SANATATE GOTESTI, sunt necesare 8 eprubete pentru 2 luni. Vă mulțumim pentru clarificare.
