Reiesind din faptul ca Clorura de var nu are nici o tangenta si complementaritate cu havuzuri si pt a nu limita accesul la participare prin formarea unui lot neomogen (ca componenta), rugam modificarea continutului lotului prin formarea unui lot separat pt Clorura de var
Answer (17 Mar 2026, 11:36):
Bună ziua, referitor la solicitarea de divizare a lotului nr. 6, vă informăm că separarea clorurii de var într-un lot distinct nu este oportună. Această decizie este justificată prin destinația comună de utilizare a produselor (întreținerea sistemelor de apă) și necesitatea asigurării unei logistici integrate pentru toate componentele chimice necesare. Menționăm că produsul solicitat este disponibil pe scară largă, iar includerea sa în cadrul acestui lot nu constituie o barieră tehnică sau comercială care să limiteze participarea operatorilor economici la procedură.
