Bună ziua,
În cazul în care școala (Centrul Lingvistic American) nu deține acreditarea ANACIP, va fi descalificată din start? Este criteriul numărul unu de evaluare?

Buna ziua.
Conform prevederilor art. 37 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 131/2015, potrivit cărora specificațiile tehnice ale bunurilor, lucrărilor și serviciilor solicitate de autoritatea contractantă vor reprezenta o descriere exactă și completă a obiectului achiziției, astfel încât fiecare cerință și criteriu, stabilite de autoritatea contractantă, să fie îndeplinite.
Astfel, conform art. 69 alin. (6) din Legea 131/2015, autoritatea contractantă va respinge oferta în cazul în care nu corespunde cerințelor stabilite în documentația de atribuire.
