Termenul de livrare din Caietul de sarcini este in contradictie cu termenul de livrare indicat in Anuntul de participare.
Question:
Care este teremnul de livrare solicitat avind in Vedere ca sunt in contradictie cel din Caietul de sarcini fata de cel din Anuntul de participare unde este indicat un termen mai realistic. Solicitam sa efectuati modificarea termenului de livrare correct solicitat: Termenul de livrare caiet de sarcini: “1. Condiții de livrare a echipamentelor: g) Termenul maxim de livrare este de 90 de zile calendaristice din data înregistrării contractului la Trezoreria de Stat.” Termenul de livrare Anuntul de participare: 12. Termenii și condițiile de livrare solicitați: 12.1 Condiții de livrare: g) Termenul limită de livrare - data de 15.11.2026
