Stimate Autoritatea contractanta,
Vă rugăm să clarificați cerința „Volumul lunar recomandat de imprimare A4: 15000”. Există posibilitatea ca, în acest caz, să se fi avut în vedere de fapt volumul maxim lunar admis, și nu cel recomandat de producător?
Menționăm că nu toți producătorii specifică în mod explicit volumul lunar recomandat, iar în situațiile în care acesta este indicat, metodologia de calcul nu este una standardizată și poate varia semnificativ de la un producător la altul. Din acest motiv, utilizarea acestui parametru ca cerință strictă poate duce la interpretări diferite și la limitarea nejustificată a opțiunilor disponibile.
Vă rugăm să confirmați dacă cerința se referă la volumul maxim lunar sau să oferiți detalii suplimentare.
