solicităm respectuos modificarea structurii loturilor și anume :
formarea a unui lot sepărat pentru produsele din azbest (poziția 1.5 și 1.6 din lotul 1 materiale refractare) , fiindcă acestea decad sub incidența codului vamal cu interdicții și limitare de import, ceea ce pot crea o concurență neloială față de cei, ce nu vor putea face importul la aceste poziții și vor fi lipsiși de dreptul general de participare la licitație în comparație cu cei ce posibil au la depozit stocuri istorice importate pînă la modificare legislației cu produsele conținut azbest care fac parte integrală a unui lot cu celelalte produse indicate în lotul cu numărul 1
