Vă rugăm respectuos să clarificați următoarele aspecte:
Având în vedere că un număr semnificativ de producători consacrați oferă împingătoare de nod extern cu lungimea standard de 330 mm, vă rugăm să confirmați dacă se acceptă o lungime de până la 330 mm, diferența neavând impact asupra funcționalității clinice.
În ceea ce privește diametrul, vă rugăm să confirmați dacă se acceptă instrument cu diametrul de 4 mm, compatibil cu trocare de 5 mm, care asigură aceeași funcționalitate și chiar avantaj suplimentar din punct de vedere al minimizării traumei tisulare.
Menționăm că menținerea unor intervale foarte restrânse pentru acești parametri poate limita participarea unui număr mai larg de operatori economici, deși produsele alternative disponibile pe piață sunt echivalente din punct de vedere funcțional și clinic.

Buna ziua,
Se acceptă lungimea de 310–330 mm, fiind operate modificările corespunzătoare în specificația tehnică a documentației de atribuire. Diametrul de 5 mm rămâne de bază nemodificat, întrucât majoritatea producătorilor oferă acest diametru, totodată sunt producători care ofera variații și produc diametre diferite de (3 mm, 4 mm și 5 mm) în dependență de necesitatea utilizatorului.
