Но даже б/у 2020 года стоит около 750 000 €, что значительно превышает бюджет закупки. https://machineryline.info/-/sale/all-terrain-cranes/Liebherr/LTM-1100-4-2--24101819050861755600 Просим пересмотреть спецификацию: заменить автоматическую КПП на механическую и снизить мощность двигателя с 469 л.с. до 236 л.с., чтобы провести закупку в рамках выделенного бюджета. В Ваш бюджет можем предложить бездеходные краны на 100тн XCM T100G5-1, XCM QY100K5C, Zoomlion RT100. С уважением

Bună ziua, Vă comunicăm că, specificațiile tehnice au fost elaborate ținând cont de specificul, necesitățile și obiectivul de activitate al autorității contractante, precum și instituțiilor care urmează să exploateze bunul solicitat și acestea reprezintă cerințe minime și obligatorii. Cerințele menționate au fost stabilite în coordonare cu aceste instituții responsabile, pentru a asigura îndeplinirea sarcinilor tehnice și funcționale la un nivel înalt de performanță în exploatare. Documentația de atribuire rămâne nemodificată.
