Cum ati calculat aceasta suma de 3000000 .00 lei ? ANSC s-a expus de mai multe ori la acest subiect, obligind AC sa excluda aceasta cerinta pe alocuri abuziva cu sume exagerat de mari, ulterior ANSC in urma contestarii impunind AC sa ceara de la OE sa prezinte o disponibilitate de mijloaca financiare nu mai mare de 10% din valoarea ofertei.
Rugam sa revizuiti cerintele de calificare referitor la Disponibilitatea banilor lichizi.
