Specifically, for a vendor submitting bids for both LOT-1 and LOT-2, should the Bid Security be submitted separately for each lot (i.e., 1% of the value of each respective lot, excluding VAT), or is it acceptable to submit a single consolidated Bid Security equivalent to 1% of the combined total value of both lots (excluding VAT)?
