Buna ziua! Vă rugăm să acceptați ofertarea de teste și control împreună cu punerea la dispoziție, în regim de comodat, a unui analizator echivalent din punct de vedere tehnic și functional cu Urisys 1100.
Considerăm că această opțiune ar asigura respectarea principiilor concurenței și tratamentului egal al operatorilor economici.
Answer (18 Feb 2026, 14:45):
Bună ziua, conform scrisorii de la CAPCS nr. Rg02-5634 din 11.12.2025 achiziționarea reagenților pentru lotul dat s-a permis de a petrece Spitalului. Contractul de comodat expiră la 28.02.2028 pentru analizatorul Urisys 1100. De aceea, Spitalul a inițiat procedura de achiziție a regenților necesari. În cazul cînd Spitalul nu va încheia contractul privind achiziționarea de reagenți pentru acest lot, compania va retrage analizatorul. Astfel, Spitalul nu va avea posibilitate de a efectua analize necesare și de a acorda asistență medicală calitativă pacienților internați la tratament. Pentru achiziționarea unui nou dispozitiv medical prin intermediul CAPCS inițierea, petrecerea și livrarea necesită circa 180 zile. Vă comunicăm că nu putem accepta oferta cu analizatorul echivalent tehnic și funcțional.
